Nadine Halabi is the Head of Business Development and Operations for the Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC). Born and raised in Dubai, she began her career in education before transitioning to the corporate world at Microsoft Bahrain and eventually joining DBWC in 2011. Nominated as one of the "50 Most Influential Women" in the region, Halabi has been a driving force for gender parity, pioneering initiatives such as "Ro’Ya," which provides mentorship and funding to female entrepreneurs.
During the Gladiator Summit, Halabi was featured as a "CEO Woman of Influence" and hailed as the "ultimate female gladiator". Her contribution focused on redefining leadership through the "Gladiator Mindset", emphasizing resilience, intentionality, and the courage to pivot during uncertainty. She shared insights on empowering women to dismantle barriers and take ownership of their professional journeys within the UAE’s evolving economic landscape.
